Refunds

We provide refund of your payment in the following cases:

  1. Factory defects. Although all the products are thoroughly checked before release and such unexpected errors may occur. Please inform us immediately within 3 days from the receipt thereof and we will submit the issues to our Customer Support Team.
  2. Product not as described. Such issues should be reported to us within 3 days from the date of the purchase. Clear evidence must be provided proving that the purchased product is not as it described on the website. Complaints which are based merely on the customer’s false expectations or wishes are not honored.

Refund Requirements

In order to fall under this provision, we require electronic receipt of purchase, date of products receive, photos or image as proof of Items falls under cases stated above immediate to belimurah@gmail.com We shall then refund the full amount of your payment in belimurah credit points with no limits on time period for your next purchase with us. Products claimed are not required to be shipped back to us.

Exclusion of Returns

We reserve the right to decline refund requests in the following cases:

  1. After full consummation of the service/product. This includes when the user demands a refund immediately after sued of the service/product.
  2. Change of mind. We provide 100% satisfaction for our users. That is why we reserve the right to decline refund when a user received all the service’s content then changed his mind by not using it at all.
  3. False expectations. Reasons by which prevented the user from properly using the service/product which are clearly stated on our official page. These reasons which we never claimed to provide and not listed in the feature list of the service/product.
